In the Junior High, bar mitzvahs are super common. And if you get invited to one, you need to know what to wear! I recently went to a bar mitzvah and learned a lot about fashion. Here are some tips!
- If the person having a Bar Mitzvah is also having a party, usually the service is more casual than the party. So consider wearing maybe a cute skirt and top outfit to the service, and a dress to the party.
- Parties are a great time to flirt :) So don't just settle for a dress that you dug up in your closet. Shop around a TON, and find something that looks super hot on you!!! Make sure its up with the latest fashion to attract guys!
- If the bar mitzvah you are going to is in cold weather, wear a coat. You will need a stylish coat, not just a north face or anything. Trench coats or just overall dressy coats work. A cute outfit is ruined by a tacky coat :(
- Bring a purse or a clutch, and bring gum that you like. Sometimes the food is not good, or sometimes it is! Bring all the regular necessities like lip gloss, some spare cash, and a comb. Make sure your purse matches your outfit!
